Mediation Fees
When choosing a mediator be careful that you do not get hung up on the hourly rate. If you want the greatest chance for a successful mediation, then choose a mediator based upon his background, skills, and experience in the area you are needing help with.
Also, unless the parties have an agreement or a prior court order that states otherwise, the mediator fees are most often equally divided between the parties.

Mediation conducted via Zoom- Utah Judicial Districts.
Willing to travel to places within Utah’s Judicial Districts 1, 2, and 3. Please call for any requests outside these districts. |
| Cost for Travel: | Depends upon the distance, however most often no charge. Call for details. |
Further details are provided in the agreement to mediate, which is sent to the parties upon the scheduling of a mediation session.
